I have registered for upsee counselling round 1 but after result not payed Rs. 20000 . Now I want to participate in second round .........

Hey Aditya,
I get your concern. So as per rules. If you don't pay the amount you will not be allowed to take part in 2nd Counselling but in 3rd round usually they open the windows and you can take part in that Counselling so you don't need to worry as in AKTU seats are more then no. Of applicants every year.
