Yes, If you have been allocated a seat and want to take admission in IIIT then you have to report at the reporting center and complete your Document Verification. For more information, use the link below:- https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/josaa-reporting-centres

But I had already reported at NIT in 1st round

In the first round, you got NIT so have reported to NIT. But in the consecutive round, you got IIIT so have to report at the IIIT Institute to get your seat confirmed.
