You scored 426 in NEET exam. You have a chance to get a admission in Gujarat State Quota through NEET. Try to get an admission in a best colleges. The cut off for admission in Gujarat medical college will be released by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for 15% seats that comes under All India Quota and for other 85% seats the cut off will be released by the counselling authority, AUCPUGMEC, Gujarat .This cut off will be released for different categories which includes General (unreserved) and SC/ST/OBC (reserved) aspirants.

Government Medical Colleges - 6

Government Dental Colleges - 3

Last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota in Rajasthan  for general category was 473 marks. Also this year neet paper was quite easy so chances are that cut off may get a hike.
so, with 426 marks you can not get a seat in government medical college.
