According to the previous year cutoffs you have chances to get a government BDS colleges with this marks in General category sc,st and obc category. In bihar the cutoffs for bds is lower than your marks.Having said that the trends change every year based on question difficulty , number of students appeared etc.

Hello student with 495 marks in neet you can't secure seat in a government bds college. I request you to plz provide me your category so that I can provide you exact information.
