Yes, with the marks you have mentioned you could easily get an government seat in an veterinary college. It is the best demanding sector in medical field after MBBS. Veterinary seats are very less and the competition is not so high so if an student scores around 530 he/she would have high chances of securing an government seat in the college and as you have scored 545 then you have chences but still should wait for the result as the cut off changes every year due to various factors .
