You have a chance to make it to NUSRL, Ranchi only if they have reserve seat for domicile category. With a score of 98.25 your rank may be in the range of 6000-7000. Chance of making it to NLU except NLU Ranchi are not very bleak.

If the cut off this year is higheror lower than last year due to factors like level of competition etc then your rank might be a different. So that might change.
But anyway, with a score in this range you seem to have not much chances for admission in any NLU. The cut off last year for any NLU closed around 1500-1600 for the general category. You don't seem to have much chances for admission in NLus with a score in this range.
