I don't think you will be placed in a good position. this year RPE mode exam, there are many malpractices happened and in my known friends and relative children  who are not even passed in intermediate board exam scored 145/180. Not one but many scored between 135 and 145 and most of them not even qualified in JEE mains and did not get good percentage in 11 and 12 th standard. I dont think AEEE not that easy exam that these students get such high score and in JEE who scored 97 and 99 percentile got only the range of 120 and 130. About malpractice students also shared how they did without getting caught and scored good.

The cutoff trends changes every year and it depends on the number of students appearing in the examination, difficulty level, number if available seats, etc.

According to your mentioned marks and previous year trends, your rank might be in the range : 13500-15000 (this may or may not be accurate due to varying trends every year).

Though you have a very high probability of getting CSE in Bangalore  campus.
