Official website of AP PGCET is - https://sche.ap.gov.in. on this website a candidate has to search for his or her college of interest and the course of study according to his or her rank. As you have CSE course of study in BTech so  you have to do Mtech in CSE computer science engineering with specialisation as you interested for.
