yes sure you stand a pretty good chance of getting a govt medical MBBS seat in AIIMS Delhi.

Based on your score you have less chance to get admission in Gov & private colleges as well. I would suggest you to prepare again for the exam.

bro. i am not demotivating anyone one should understand what is he asking...in 200 marks do you think would anybody get any college through AIQ? IF HE WOULD have secured above 400 i could have given this answer but you are studying for MBBS/NEET and you are asking such silly and stuoid questions!
