See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have chances of getting into some Private Colleges and Deemed Universities but not in Government Medical Colleges according to previous year's cut-offs in Karnataka which you can check out from the link given below :-

But if you want seat in Andhra Pradesh then you have to apply for All India Quota seats and on the basis of these marks it is quite difficult to get seat through it even for reserved category but as you have not specified from which category you belongs so it is quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information.
