I would like to let you know that for getting admission into BDS course you need to score around 400+ marks in NEET exam.As you have got 303 marks in NEET,you can get admission in BDS course in private college but these colleges wont be good these colleges will be below average college and also you may need to pay some donations.Depends on the type of institute you want to take admission in.
