hey Megha , looking at this year's cutoff which went very high for NEETUG 2019 it became very difficult for top scorers also to get a good goverment college.Since you belong to ST category so you will enojoy a benefit  of low cutoff if you want to go for bams college. Yes, with this score you will definitely get a goverment college for BAMS.

SC/ST/OBC only require 96 marks out of 720 in order to get admission in BAMS.
