Hi Chandni,
With 370/720 in the NEET 2019, being of the UR category your rank will be above 1,01,000 and this isn't enough for you to get into a government college in Bihar as the lowest mark cutoff every year for the last few years has been over 530 marks. Private colleges have also closed off at 480+ marks out of 720.
Thank you and all the best.

Dear Chandni, under State Quota, in 2018, General Category cut off was 533 and these marks secured a seat in 3 Government Medical Colleges. Considering that fact, 370 marks are too less even for a seat in a Private Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can also check the cut offs of various different colleges under your category at: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-bihar/amp
