423 is quite low marks, and you are belonging from general category.. So you need high score to get government college..
The expected and according to previous year cutoff marks is 500+ for government college..
It is very difficult to say anything about your seat in this college..

Ashtang Ayurvedic College is one of the reputed government ayurvedic College in Indore. As per previous year cutoff data you can get admission here. As previous few year cutoff was around 400. But cutoff depends upon several factors like number of students appeared, toughness of question paper etc. It's a prediction depending upon previous year data.
