Hey,
Every year the cutoffs change depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the category of the candidates and the difficulty level of the examination.
If we take into consideration the previous year data,you seem to have low chances in government Medical College under both All India Quota and State Quota. However,you can apply in private Medical colleges.

According to last year's cut off you have chances to get admission in the following government Medical Colleges:

1.Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences,Adilabad

2.Government Medical College,Nizamabad

3.Government Medical College,Mahabubnagar

4.Government Medical College,Siddipet

Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
