Every year the cutoffs change depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the category of the candidates and the difficulty level of the examination.
If we take into consideration the previous year data,you seem to have low chances in government Medical College under both All India Quota and State Quota. However,you can apply in private Medical colleges.

As per your query I would like to tell you that you have fair chances of getting a seat in government medical college as last year least marks to secure a seat was 414 marks from your category under state quota. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
