If I consider the previous year data .Then you dohave chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in punjab even through all india  quota . Previous year minimum marks admitted for an sc candidate under all inida quota was 453 for Guru Govind Singh Medical College, Faridkot. So you do hold a chance . But do remember that cutoffs are expected to rise this year. The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
