You may have difficulty in securing a seat in Government Medical Colleges under All India Counselling because the cut offs are usually higher. You can try Deemed Universities under Management Quota. At State level, you may try in Govt. Quota of Private Medical Colleges. In 2019, under All India Counselling an All India Rank of 843956 secured a seat in  BVDU Sangli Dental College under Management Quota. That is approximately 150. But again as mentioned this is Management Quota. But you do have chances in Deemed Universities like:

• K.S. Hegde Medical Academy
• JSS Medical College
• JNMC, Belgaum

Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
