The previous year cutoff for ST category in the exam was around 40 marks but the cutoff for 2017 and 2016 was more than 69 marks. If thid years cutoff remain low as previous year then you might get government college otherwise you'll have the option of private colleges only.

Sorry for this, there will be no chance to get admission. As per cutoff marks for CEE 2019 ST[H] is 56 and ST[P] is 79
