Hey Vishnupriya!

Government colleges at 510 marks seem fair enough and you have a great chance in clitching a seat in your state. However predicting anything with full certainty and confidence is futile since this year's paper has created a huge black hole with marks going in and ranks not coming out. Students scoring near 610-620 are getting 3000 ranks and may make it to a medical college only if they have domicile of some state and not through All India Quota(AIQ).

But Maharashtra has a vast no of colleges, both public and private. I am sure your marks are good enough to get you through in a medical college. Hope for the best.

Good luck. Hope it helps.
