Dear Pushplata, in 2018 under State Quota, 533 marks secured a seat in 2 Government Medical Colleges. That was the cut off. With 587 marks you have a fair chance at a seat in any of the Government Medical Colleges listed below:

Anugrah Narayan Medical College
GMC, Bettiah
Dharbhanga Medical College
Indira Gandhi College of Medical Sciences
Nalanda Medical College

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. BCECEB ,Patna will release the NEET Cutoff 2019 Bihar for state Quota seats after completion of each round of counselling. The cutoff of Bihar NEET 2019 will indicate the last NEET 2019 rank and score for which a candidate is offered admission in that round.
As per your marks you have decent chance to get a government College in Bihar under state qouta.

You can get admission easily into the government MBBS college of your state under 85% state quota.  the cutoffs are expected to close around 533 this year in colleges of bihar. So you can choose the college as per your conversation ie near by to your house kr something like that as your marks seem to get an admission into any college of Bihar.
