Hii Raj, an aggregate of 60% is far better than nothing. So you don't need to worry much as it's a viable score for getting admission in most of the recognised colleges and universities. The only thing that could be done right now is deciding which course you wish to pursue and accordingly choosing the right college for that. Later then, you could check out for the percentage criteria that they have set for admissions.
In most cases, every college and university releases a cut-off every year to permit in the limited yet aspiring students into their colleges and universities.
As far as the placement is concerned, as soon as you get into a remarkable college of your choice on a merit basis or entrance basis, your hard work, knowledge and a suitable result in your respective field will decide for a good placement into a company. So all in all, you're good to go applying for the higher courses that your success is waiting for.
With this hope to have helped and induced a sense of motivation within you.
Wish you a successful life ahead!!
