Hey! From what I know, the last year cutoffs for a few PSUs ranges from 57 to 80. So there might be a chance that you could go in for an PSU. And for pursuing VLSI Iin IITs, the cutoff rank is close to 200 so the chances of getting into an IIT might get bleak. But, hope for the best! And Good Luck!!
