It seems that you have mentioned your category rank that is EWS rank in the question. So according to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or any good GFTIs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. Some government colleges you can get on the basis of this rank are :-

• MBM Engineering college, Jodhpur
• RTU Kota
• Bikaner Technical University

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
