Hello Aspirant,
See as of now the cut-offs for this year has not released yet so it is little bit difficult to decide whether you will qualify or not but however I can guide you on the basis of previous year's data. So last year cut-off for OBC category was 74.3166 percentile and you have scored 71 percentile so it implies that you are on margin line, anything can be happened.
I would recommend you to appear for second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th and try to hit the target of at least 92-93 percentile if you want to take admission to any good college but if you wants to only qualify the exam then you should try to score at least 77 percentile.
