you have a good percentile but the rank will be very large as there are (100-74.88) percentile candidates ahead you.

Percentile is given as per the candidates session and there are so many sessions conducted and there is another april session.

so the final factor is your rank which can be general or categorical. If you have any categorical reservation then it will make you open for more college options.

You will be eligible for colleges in your domicile state. if you have categorical rank then you must apply for government engineering college and top private college. Applying with in a state will make you eligible for home state quota. If you want to more good option then you have to go for other state good private institutes who is a recognized one.
