Hii Reenu.Your percentile is bit low.As per the previous year cutoffs you have no chance of getting any NITs and IIITs.
You can apply for state government colleges and some private Colleges such as VIT, SRM, BITS, Manipal,etc.
You can also prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good next year.

Hello there
With 52 percentile, you have almost null chances to get admission in any govt college through jee mains.
If you are really passionate about Computer Science, you should look for some other good colleges, pvt or govt. Or you can apply for some other state engineering colleges.
