Yes their are some reputed colleges in delhi where you can complete your Bsc. chemistry in hons. refer the list given below:-

1. st. stephen college, delhi

2. Hansraj college

3. Delhi university

4. Hindu college

and cut off these college is very high..and i belong to general category .can it possibe to take admission in these colleges with only 78%
