Josaa - joint seat allocation authority is responsible for counseling and giving admission in undergraduate courses in NITs, IITs, IIIT s and GFTIs.
Now in josaa counseling, it doesn't matter that you are qualified JEE mains or not you can still participate in it if you have given JEE mains.

This year the josaa 2020 counselling is scheduled on 6th October 2020 after the JEE advanced results.

Also it doesn't matter that how much marks scored in your class 12th Board Exams, just you have to clear the passing percentage of class 12th board exams. Because this year there is a relaxation in criteria of 75% passing marks in class 12th board exams.
