Dear aspirant,
Since you are an obc candidate there's a higher chance for you to secure your favourite college in the 2nd round. The requirement generally says that anyone above 85 or at can get their fav college with their preferred course. So I advice you to wait for the 3rd round incase you specifically want a particular college. Cause travelling and staying 900kms away from home is hard so you'd want the top5 colleges that you prefer.

NOTE:Also hostel will also be an issue so yeah wait till the 2nd round cause by 3rd round you may or may not get hostel
But if you can manage an accommodation nearby then wait for third round.
