According to your mentioned percentile your general category rank will be around 69K, with this rank you will not be eligible for any Government funded technical institutes. Though NTA have not officially declared any cut off lists yet for 2019 but in 2018 the closing rank for female general category students at IIIT Allahabad was 12004( Electronics and communication engineering), so you have negligible chances of getting a seat at IIIT Allahabad.
