Admission process for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs are conducted by JoSAA. So in order to consider you for counselling you should register for JoSAA. They prepare a rank list based on merit of those who applied for JoSAA counselling. It will be difficult to tell you with JEE Mains percentile. Any way you have chances to get there.
