Yes definitely you are eligible under Hindi Speaking Minority Quota.

You hace decent chances with Branches like Electrical and Ele tronics Engineering at this score.

You can also target colleges like Thakur Institute Mumbai under Hindi Speaking Quota, whereyoucan get IT Branch at this score.
