With this rank, in JEE Mains, it would be hard for you to get a seat in top NITs and IIITs.
You have to attend all the rounds of JOSAA counseling and also the CSAB spot round.
You might get in the last rounds of counseling in the following NITs

• NIT Arunachal
• NIT Srinagar
• NIT Agartala

According to your given percentile and category ,  you may be eligible for seat in many nit's and iiit's although you may have to compromise with the branch , especially in top nit's . But this year due to the current scenario nothing can be said right now , thus it will depend on the cutoff for mains .
