For you it is very difficult to get an iit at this rank .Your category can also play an important role in deciding your seat but yes it is quite difficult to get into an iit . However you can get into NIITs which are also very precious institutes .You must have to check the previous years cutoffs which will give you a better idea of the colleges you can get  at your rank .Check out the link given below
