Sir I am from MP and from school caste. I have scored 425 marks out of 720 in neet can I get government college

Regardless of the category to which you belong to, the cut off scores are plunging higher every year.
The chances of getting a government seat via All India 15 % quota are less.
However, you should also contest for the 85% state quota. You might get a seat through that channel.
