Hello,

You have good chances in a govt medical college for BDS.But very low chances for MBBS in a govt. medical college.Though your score suggests that you can get admission in any of the private medical colleges whichever you wish for.

All the best for your future.Hope I have resolved your query.

In 2018, under State Quota, 479 marks secured a seat in Maldah Medical College under General Category. That was the cut off for Government Medical College. 462 was the cut off for Government Dental College. 468 marks were the cut off for Private Medical College. With 438 marks unfortunately, you dont make to the cut offs. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
