The university of delhi is one of the top colleges in India and usually the cutoffs are kept high to get admission into it. Courses like Bcom Hons and economic hons always have a high percentage cutoff for every college of du.  You may not get good colleges of du if you belong to general category but you may get some off campus colleges like satyawati college and Shyamlal college of du which are even good for these courses.
