Go to nearest Tehsil with income certificate, domicile certificate, photocopy of Adhar card and one photo. Contact Nayab Tehsildar. He will issue it.I hope it will help you.

As ews category is new this year so we cant comment on its cutoff but you can che k for mnnits cutoff for general category previous year on the following link
