The entering and closing ranks differs every year based on so many factors so an accurate prediction is not possible. However based on previous year data getting admissions to a government agricultural college with this rank seems to be tough. The candidates scoring within 6000 in BC-D category have higher chances. But we can't assure it yet since I said earlier the opening and closing ranks varies based on number of candidates appeared and qualified, number of seats available, category of candidates, course,college and so on.
