Yes you will need to pay fee in csab counseling as fee paid for seat acceptance in josaa is not considered here in case you were allotted an iit but yes if you pay your admission fee to the concerned iit then your seat will remain safe otherwise that is also gone along with the fee so please move forward carefully if no seat is allocated in csab then you will get csab fee refunded.
