Though your query seems incomplete , but from all that i can understand from your query , i would like to tell you that yes , your original certificates will surely be given back to you from the BDS college in which you have taken admission and also , no extra money will be needed to pay to the BDS college but there will be some deduction from the charges that you have already paid.
