Hello Dear

See , in any of the private institutions/ University if you will go and attend the counselling they will charge the counseling fee from you which will be around 10k which is same here in the counselling of VIT as well , so here also they will going to you 10k from the total fee of 50k and rest other 40k they will return it to you.
