Since the last date of registration has been extended to today i. e 5th October 2020. So they might be processing the requests. Kindly wait for 1-2 days to receive your user ID and password, also make sure that  you have correctly written your mobile number and mail id because these two are the only modes through which you receive your user ID and password. If this problem still persist after 1-2 days, then you immediately contact the officials asking for the same. Refer below to contact details
