According to the kcet rules and regulations. Student who studied 7 years in Karnataka is eligible for kcet And student have to submit the studystudy certif of 7 years education's details also.

You are not eligible for KCET and you have a other option i.e, COMEDK is for who is not eligible for kcet and non local student.
