If you are applying for MBA or MCA, you should have studied and passed in one or more Govt or Govt recognised educational Institutions located in the State of Karnataka atleast for 7 years  from 1st standard to BCA either continuously or in a broken period. You should have completed your 10th in Karnataka. With this criteria unfortunately you do not qualify for Karnataka PGCET. Of course either of the parents should have studied in Govt. recognised institutions in Karnataka for a minimum period of 7 years but the 7 year study period in Karnataka is mandatory. So you unfortunately do not qualify for Karnataka PGCET.
