if you mean to say that you will be trying to avail the medical seats of Maharashtra availing the 15% all India quota since you do not have a domicile or have not positive words from Maharastra you will need to score in excess of 580 and if possible in excess of 600 definitely get a seat in in the government medical colleges of Maharashtra availing 15% all India quota
in case you would want to get admission to premiere colleges like grant medical college or Seth GS medical college the cutoff should be even hire for the all India quota and make you upto 615 to 630 also
if you would have had the domicile of Maharashtra then of course this cutoff would have been lower and around 550 for the general government colleges and 580 to 600 for the premier colleges of Maharashtra
