Minimum age requirement for NEET is :- 17 years.

Maximum age till which candidate can give NEET :- 25 years. (NEET can also be given by people who are above 25 years of age but the confirmation of this is not yet announced by the Court)

A candidate can give NEET any number of times provided the candidate lies between age limits.

If you have interest in medical courses then you can go for NEET provided you come under above mentioned eligibility.

Is it advisable or not? Well it depends upon you. There's nothing wrong but would you like to study MBBS , BDS or other medical courses ? If yes then go for it.

For Engineering also you have to give entrance exams. For private institutes the entrance exam is conducted by that particular institute ,for State Government colleges you would have to give that particular state entrance exam.

For NITs, IIITs or GFTIs across India you would have to score well in JEE Mains.

For IITs across India a candidate must clear JEE Advance with high rank.

Other than engineering you can go for BSc in subject you like. For example Mathematics, Physics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, etc.

Or BSc IT (Information Technology) or BSc Computer Science, if you have interest in building applications, programming, etc.

If you have interest in business finance related things then you can go for commerce graduation courses like B. Com, BAF (Bachelor of Accounting and Finance), etc.

For Arts :- B. A (Bachelor of Arts), B. B. A ( Bachelor of Business Administration) ,etc.

See where your interest lies. If you want to do NEET then prepare for it well. Otherwise there any many other courses you can choose from.

Choose well.

If you still have any queries feel free to ask in the comment section down below.

Dear Nitish

Nitish let me clear your first query regarding how many times a person can able to apply for the NEET so my answer is as per the New rules and regulations of the Supreme Court if you are from a General Category then you can be able to write till the 25 years of age as per the maximum age limit criteria and for the reserved category student it is around 30 years of age and regarding the branches of engineering point of view then I must say you that you should go with that branch only in which you want to pursue your career since all the branches are best in there respective fields.
