I think that,NTA will decide which date of exam given to the particular students.

Allotment of centre, date and shift will be done as per the decision of National Testing agency (NTA). Allotment will be done after the closure of application dates. The date and shift allotted will be available by 5th October, 2018. You can refer to the official notification by NTA using the link below-
