Well yes, there is a very high chance that your form might get rejected. When it comes to admission in government institutions even the smallest detail counts. In some cases the applications have been rejected for the names on the application not matching with the one on the school certificate or ID proof.

Hey! I have submitted my application but forgot to sign in the Refund of fee and anti ragging form else every nd each thing is correct will they reject?
