JEE Main 2026 Tools: Rank Predictor | College Predictor
Comprehensive Guide: IIT's | NIT's | IIIT's
Hello student,
Admission in Mahrashtra colleges via DTE counselling can be taken on the basis of JEE percentile as well as MHTCET percentile. So, as you have given JEE, you wont face any problem during the admission process. However, your cutoff will be on the basis of ALL INDIA Cutoffs. Also, you must have a valid proof of your gap year such as the gap certificate or so and you are then clear for admissions with all the necessary documents.
I hope this helps, All the Best!
Hello aspirant,
- Absolutely not, it will not have any affect on your admission process.
- You just have to submit a gap certificate, with a proper format or as asked by the institution.
- The gap certificate is given on a stamp paper which states, during the gap years you haven't joined any college/university. Or simply what you have been doing during those gap years.
- With this certificate you're good to go, there won't be any issue with your admissions due to your gap.
I hope it helps
Best of luck
